Private email coaching has no length or word count limit. Responses vary and are typically a few paragraphs long, but can be shorter or longer. For any additional clarifications, questions, or follow-up, a new order will be necessary. Each response is detailed to your situation, allowing you to revisit it whenever you need a boost!

IMPORTANT CHECKOUT INFORMATION:

1) At the bottom of this page, you may adjust the “Quantity” to match the number of questions you have, then click “Add To Cart.”

2) You will then be directed to fill out a questionnaire form to submit your question(s). Please double-check your email is entered correctly, as this will be the email where you will receive your private email coaching response. Once you have completed the questionnaire form, you will be redirected back to this page.

3) Scroll to the top of the page and then click on the "shopping bag" icon.

4) After reviewing your cart and completing the order at checkout, you will see an order number at the top of the page. Next to the order number, there will be a yellow/orange bubble stating "Pending fulfillment." (Don't worry; this will change to "Fulfilled" once Brandy has sent you a direct email response to your question(s)). You will receive an automated email immediately after placing your order stating, “Order Confirmed”.

5) After Brandy sends her one email coaching response to your question(s) directly within 2 business days (excluding day of purchase and weekends) Eastern Standard Time, you will receive a final automated email stating "Order Shipped" to confirm that your order is now marked as “Fulfilled.” *Please note, Brandy will not be physically “shipping” anything to you.
